Academy Manager - St George & St Martin Catholic Academy

St George & St Martin Catholic Academy are seeking to appoint a motivated,
personable and competent Academy Manager.

Responsible to and line managed by the Principal, the Academy Manager will
contribute to the strategic planning, development and monitoring of support services
within the Academy. The job requires excellent Literacy, Numeracy and ICT skills. A
knowledge of Arbour would be desirable. The role will include the organisation of the
Office and Administration, Health and Safety, Facilities Management, ICT and
Personnel/HR Management. This role will work closely with the collegiate central team.
You must enjoy and work well with autonomy, initiative and have excellent
organisational skills to run our busy office. The role will support the Principal and staff
to ensure the academy administration is efficient, effective and that communication is
excellent with all our stakeholders, especially parents.
