Full Job Description

  • Inputting Warranty claims onto manufacturers systems. (Write up provided by a technician)

  • Inputting parts onto an EPOS spreadsheet

  • Taking incoming calls from both parts and warranty customers

  • Providing timely customer updates via both email and telephone

  • Keeping an updated track of records or stocked parts and consumables

  • Assist in keeping the parts department clean to ensure health and safety standards are adhered to.

  • Assist in booking parts in where required

  • Recording and tracking of purchase orders

  • Daily updating of the companies CRM system when required

    Due to the expansion of our Parts and Warranty department, we have an opportunity to work as an integral part of the team in an ever-growing business. This role requires a positive can do attitude and a hard working mentality . The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, must be highly organised, have an excellent telephone manner and a positive "can do" attitude., Be able to work well as part of a team

    • The Administration Assistant position offers a contract for a 40 hour week (Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm or 8.30am - 5pm, with a 30 minute lunch break.

    Experience:
  • Administration, 1 year (preferred but not essential)

We are currently working directly alongside main manufactures - Bailey, Swift, Elddis and Coachman as an approved repair centre for all of their customers servicing, warranty and repair needs. Motorhome and Caravan Repairs are soon becoming one of the most popular repair centre's across the UK and are already approved by most major insurance companies.
