Adults Senior Social Worker

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP., The role holder will have responsibility for supporting the teams duty function and advising and guiding / working alongside newly qualified social workers (not doing for) to support social work interventions with people who have a learning disability and their families. It may involve carrying a small case load requiring a complex response, legal framework's progressing.

This is a 35 hour per week post.

Due to the nature of supporting duty will be expected to be office based.,

  Degree in Social Work


- SWE Registration

- Right to work within the UK

3 years reference and, gaps in employment history checked,

Applicants need to be at least 3 years post qualifying in statutory social work.

They must have experience of working with people who have a learning disability and other co-occurring needs.,
• A professional qualification in social work and experience of working with Children's


• Social Work England registration.


• Post qualified experience.


• Enhanced DBS/Update service.


• References required for the last 5 years of employment.
