Full Job Description

  • Initial booking of customers into the job diary

  • Checking in customers

  • Ordering parts

  • Invoicing

  • Communicating with workshop technicians

  • Taking payments from clients

  • Maintaining and updating our databases as necessary

  • Assisting in maintaining accurate account records

  • Reconciling supplier statements at month-end


  • The successful candidate should be able to use their own initiative, and complete tasks to a competent standard with the confidence to ask for assistance, where necessary.

    This is an interesting and varied role, and the successful candidate would gain many work environment skills.

    Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Administrative skills, Team working, Initiative, GCSE or equivalent Maths & English (Grade C /4 or above) Essential

  • Willow Motor Works is based on The Willow Lane Industrial Estate in Mitcham and can be accessed from Mitcham or Mitcham Junction station by train or tram and is approximately a 10 minute walk from these locations.
