Are you ready to lead a team and shape the future of workspace solutions across multiple locations? As a Regus Area Sales Manager, you will oversee all enquiries incoming and outreach, manage the end-to-end client experience, close deals timely in the interest of the company, and ensure the achievement of company targets. This role is pivotal in spearheading new business generation, cultivating client relationships, and nurturing sales teams to excellence. A strong sales background in real estate, commercial or serviced office spaces with a proven multi-year track record is essential. You will work closely with the MD and Head of strategy, whilst managing a team of 3-5 Community Sales Managers with the potential for growth. The role is based in Leicester with the Regus business centres currently in Leicester, Lincoln, Kettering and looking to grow. A valid driving license and access to a car is essential.

  • Overseeing a team of 3-5 Community Sales Managers, providing leadership, guidance, and support to drive sales success across multiple locations.

  • Manage all incoming enquiries and outreach efforts, ensuring timely and effective responses to potential clients.

  • Plan and execute the end-to-end client experience, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Take ownership of closing deals in a timely manner, aligning with company interests and targets.

  • Spearhead new business generation efforts, identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Work closely with the Managing Director and Head of Strategy to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and strategies acting as a bridge to the sales team.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to leadership.

  • Identify areas for improvement in sales processes, strategies, and team performance, implementing solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Contribute to the growth and expansion of the Regus business centres in Leicester, Lincoln, Kettering, and other potential locations, leveraging market insights and opportunities for development.

    We're looking for someone who knows how to manage a sales team whilst developing new and existing business with the best possible service. You also need:

  • 5-7 years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably in the commercial real estate or flexible workspace industry, with a demonstrated ability for lead generation, deal closing, exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Passion about sales, flexible office spaces and building a vibrant community.

  • Robust leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and cultivate relationships with clients and team members.

  • Exceptional client service skills with a genuine desire to exceed expectation and focus on delivering personalized solutions and exceeding client expectations.

  • Strategic, independent and collaborative problem solving abilities able to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop targeted sales strategies.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.

  • High level of adaptability and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Proficient in using technology, Office 365 and CRM systems, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.

  • Willingness to travel and represent the company at events.

    Job Type: Full Time (40 hrs per week)

    Salary: £30-33k Salary DOE

    Performance Related Bonus: £10k

    OTE Potential: £40-43k,
