Full Job Description
- Provide a personable service to clients as a sales consultant, developing client relationships and sharing your passion for our exclusive original paintings, limited editions, sculptures and collectable additions - priding ourselves on offering something for everyone.
- Use your flair and engaging personality to develop loyalty with customers through a one on one consultative approach to sales, building up long-term relationships.
- Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and Gallery targets.
- Keep abreast of Artist facts and knowledge so that you can confidently and fluently talk to clients about our collections.
- Support the team to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the Gallery.
- To be conversant with selling systems, cash and credit procedures.
- Follow all stock management procedures.
We are looking for engaging and fun individuals who have a warm and consistent approach to developing relationships. - You will be passionately enthusiastic and have a drive to achieve exceptional results in work.
- A driving license is preferable.
Atelier Galleries within the Cheshire Oaks Outlet are currently seeking an Art Sales Consultant with an expertise in Luxury Retail Sales to join our dedicated team! - Competitive salary + OTE could earn you on average £35,000 - £40,000 a year.

A background in art may be beneficial but you do not need to be an expert within the art industry to excel in this position. We enroll our new starters onto our industry leading Art Academy Training to provide you with the tools you need to succeed! We are looking for someone to join us full time, working 5 days over a 7-day working pattern on a rota basis working on a shift pattern to coincide with the Designer Outlet opening hours (10am - 9pm). You would be working at least 2 weekends per month.
