Full Job Description

We are seeking a Full Time Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new restaurant opening in the heart of Bristol

5 day week

Duties:

  • -Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and staff performance

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

    At least 2 years in the Restaurant industry

  • Food hygiene certificate

  • Have excellent communication skills


    • The ideal candidate must also be able to work weekends and nights.
