Full Job Description

The main duties and responsibilities of the booking clerk are to provide an effective, efficient, and professional telephone central booking facility and help line for the Podiatry/Lymphoedema Services patients, carers, and clinical staff. Duties will include answering telephone calls, booking appointments, dealing with queries etc. As well as monitoring patient waiting times and clinical diaries to make best use of clinical staff time and to meet service KPI's.
