Full Job Description

We are pleased to be able to recruit appropriately trained and experienced individuals to the Trust Bank as an expert by experience programme facilitator to contribute to the delivery of the Humber Family Connections programme, a provision for carers/supporters of individuals who experience emotion dysregulation, delivered by the Complex Emotional Needs Service (CENS).

As an expert by experience programme facilitator, your main roles will be:

  • Contribute to the support/supervision of other experts by experience and experts by profession who deliver the Humber Family Connections programme

  • Prepare and deliver the content of the Humber Family Connections programme utilising multi-media resources

  • Demonstrate empathy and flexibility in responding to the issues raised by members of the programme's cohorts

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the provision
