BI Developer

We are looking for an experienced BI Developer to join our successful Technology team based in Leeds, Thorpe Park.

The BI developer will play a pivotal role in our Technology team, driving the development and execution of our in-house software projects. You will be the linchpin between our technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring our solutions not only meet but exceed our high standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards.



• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.



• Analyse data and identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions.



• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all business intelligence solutions.



• Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize business intelligence solutions to ensure optimal performance.



• Foster an agile, collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  
  Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role.



• Strong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.



• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.



• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.



• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.



• A problem-solver mindset, capable of addressing challenges creatively and effectively.



• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
