Full Job Description
- You will be responsible for a small team of people who undertake energy focused preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems
- Responding to customer service calls and emails in the event of system faults
- Helping develop and train colleagues to improve their knowledge, understanding and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Creating reports for remote maintenance
- Location; Daresbury, Warrington/Halton
- Hours; 37 per week
- Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:00, with one hour for lunch. Potential to work one day from home once fully function in the role.
You will have at least 5 years experience of working within the building controls industry and possess sound experience of at least one of the following systems; Trend/Triduum/Siemens Desigo CC. - You will have proven diagnostic skills and be able to systematically identify and resolve technical problems.
- Experience within energy reporting and analysis would be preferred although not essential
- Strong communication skills
- High levels of customer service when dealing with remote based clients over the telephone
- Ability to work as part of a close knit team

This is an office based role reporting to the Medi-Centre manager. - A competitive annual salary with an OTE of up to £56,000
