Full Job Description
- Provide a variation of administration support to all staff within the office
- Ensure the archive system is up to date and hold responsibility for the management of the system
- Creating social media content for uploading to various platforms, including the company website
- Provide assistance with marketing, bids and submissions and event management when necessary
- Sourcing and arranging CPD events for the team
- Covering reception duties when required - ensuring excellent customer service is maintained at all times

The training you will be getting
Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard delivered by VQ Solutions. You will have a dedicated VQ mentor and will also be supported internally by your manager. During this apprenticeship, you will develop a portfolio, attend workshop sessions, and have regular reviews. All apprenticeship work will be completed during working hours.
VQ Solutions are looking for a hard working, self motivated, creative individual to provide additional support to the team at QAD Architects in Leeds. The position will provide a great start for someone who is looking to start a career within the design and construction industry., Communication skills, IT skills, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Team working, Creative, Good time management, GCSE or equivalent 5 GCSES including Maths + English (Grade Minimum C/4) Essential
