Full Job Description

· Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors in the IT retail sector.

· Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor product offerings and sales strategies accordingly.

· Develop comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate new markets and segments.

· Formulate pricing strategies, promotions, and incentives to enhance competitiveness and drive sales.

· Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities with retail stores specializing in IT products.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Negotiate contracts and agreements with retail partners to secure favorable terms and maximize revenue potential.

· Stay updated on the latest developments in IT products, peripherals, and software to provide accurate information and guidance to retail partners and customers.

· Conduct training sessions for retail staff to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.

· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain marketing materials and support for retail promotions.

· Track sales performance and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.

· Generate regular reports and insights to management on sales metrics, market conditions, and competitor activities.

· Relevant diploma/bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

· Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT retail sector.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

· Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
