Full Job Description

The Business Support Manager, as the essential link between our practices and Resource Hub, is a key representative of the Todays Dental culture. They support our Practice Managers to run successful, thriving businesses through fantastic communication and facilitative leadership. This means the way a BSM leads and communicates is key to ensuring our teams remain happy and motivated, whilst maintaining great standards of patient care, productivity and efficiency.,

  • Providing support and leadership to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice staff throughout the company.

  • Supporting company vision and strategy, growth and business plans and seeking development opportunities

  • Supporting the practice managers in working well and being compliant with CQC guidelines

  • Helping with recruitment for managerial staff and clinical staff when needed.

  • Driving Revenue & EBITDA within the dental practices, whilst ensuring all operational KPIs are met.

  • Providing operational support across the practices

It is important that you live close to the Manchester area and must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.

    The right person for this role will have relevant skills, and importantly, will be enthusiastic to engage with and implement the Todays Dental model of the 4Ps with our teams.

    Skills:
  • Do you have good leadership qualities, capable of providing direction?

  • Are you knowledgeable when it comes to budgeting, cash-flow regulation, maintaining balance sheet and monitoring P&L statements?

  • Would you describe yourself as a good planner, with the determination to accomplish goals?

  • Are you an excellent communicator, both written and verbal?

  • Do you have excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills?, Experience of working within dentistry is essential, ideally 2 years.

  • Successful candidate will also be able to drive and have a car and be close to Manchester area.

  • Potential DBS and CQC registration may be required.

  • Ability to commute/relocate.
