Full Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls from new and existing customers

  • Contact hot leads via outbound calls and email

  • Obtain accurate information on the vehicle's condition, history, and ownership

  • Update internal CRM systems consistently and accurately

  • Liaise with our valuation specialists

  • Negotiate, agree and complete vehicle purchases

  • Schedule vehicle collections

    Good communicative skills (oral and written) able to confidently engage with customers via phone, email etc.

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with an emphasis on closing deals

  • Familiar with working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Friendly and enthusiastic team player

  • Competitive and target driven

    We are recruiting Buying Assistants to support our vehicle purchasing department based in our newly refurbished offices in Gillingham. We are looking for people with a customer service or sales background, preferably from within the Automotive industry.
