Full Job Description

It's an exciting time to join The Pioneering Care Centre as we have embarked on a journey of transformation. We are looking to appoint an outstanding leader who will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of the Centre, and to support the development of all services, including the newly renovated hydrotherapy pool (due for completion summer 2024), as well as leading on the development of our garden and horticulture. We invite applications from highly qualified, experienced, enthusiastic, and progressively minded individuals, who believe that they can play an integral part in steering change towards what will promise to be an exciting and successful future.

  • Demonstrable experience in leading teams and steering change.

  • Sound business acumen, focused on income generation without compromising excellent customer service.

  • Knowledge of the funding landscape linked to Health and Wellbeing including local funding streams and the grant application process.

  • Experience of managing busy environments and multiple projects that meet a diverse range of stakeholder requirements.

  • Passionate about reducing health inequalities and providing services that are accessible to all.

  • If you pride yourself on delivering high quality customer service, smashing income and expenditure targets and believe you have what it takes to manage our Centre, we look forward to hearing from you., Disability Confident
