Full Job Description

Bly House is a two-bed service proving immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support. Over a 12 week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment. Every placement provides PACE principle residential care, access to education and participation in outdoor/adventure activities.

With over 35 years of residential childcare experience, the Esland group now has more than fifty residential children's homes, and three schools, that are spread across the Kent, Hertfordshire, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Staffordshire, Wiltshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire regions of England. We strive to support our children to achieve their very best outcomes, through our bespoke residential care, education, therapeutic and activity-led wraparound services.

Hours: 4 days on, 6 days off (with sleep nights). We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work. Rotas given in advance
Pay rate: £36,720 to £39,060 per annum.

  • Essential requirements: applicants must hold full, manual driving licence issued in the UK. Previous residential childcare and activities experience is desirable (residential childcare and activities qualifications also desirable)
