Dealing with clients attending appointments with their pets both face-to-face and over the telephone

Front-of-house reception, meeting and greeting clients on arrival with their pets

Updating patient records and registering clients on our practice management system

General ad hoc admin duties.

Paragon Veterinary Referrals based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire are looking for their new client care team member to be a welcoming face on reception. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and friendly individual to join our team!, The ideal candidate will be well organised, have impeccable time management and be able to multi-task. We are looking for candidates with previous customer service experience in roles where you can demonstrate the following:

Excellent telephone manner, able to deal with high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails

Be aware of GDPR guidelines when dealing with client data.
