CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a full-time position with paid breaks based in Huthwaite., Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and precise cuts
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

Previous experience operating CNC machines is preferred
- Proficient in using mill, hand tools, welders, logic controllers, and other related equipment
- Knowledge of tooling and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong mechanical knowledge to fabricate, assemble, and troubleshoot machinery

4 day working week Monday to Thursday 06:00-18:00 paying £13.01ph

Overtime paid £19.52ph and £26.02ph
