Collection Agent

We are currently seeking a Collection Agent to join our team. As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment., Contact individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to negotiate payment arrangements
- Enter and update customer information accurately in our accounting software
- Maintain a professional and courteous phone etiquette at all times
- Analyze accounts payable and develop strategies for debt recovery
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns

Previous experience in collections or financial services is preferred
- Proficient in using accounting software for data entry and record keeping
- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to effectively communicate payment options
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and debt recovery strategies
