Full Job Description

Under the supervision of Management Systems Compliance Team Manager (MSCTM) and Compliance Director, ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) Compliance Technical Specialist with our organization performs the following professional duties:

  • Deliver technical expertise to stakeholders regarding various Management System Schemes including Quality Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety and Information Security and Recycling Standards. 2. Advise individuals or groups concerning relevant regulations. 3. Evaluate records and documents to gather information about eligibility and liability issues. 4. Prepare reports of activities, evaluations, recommendations, or decisions. 5. Develop guidance documents and process controls to ensure scheme criteria are appropriately and effectively delivered. 6. Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation. 7. Maintain and review scope of schemes under certification. 8. Assist with annual reviews for multiple schemes to ensure efficacy and efficiency in meeting regulatory requirements. 9. Review and training of Compliance-owned policies and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance. 10. Provide support to Compliance Assurance Manager to ensure all aspects of business

  • are audited through annual cycle in line with regulatory requirements. 11. Provide pragmatic and vigilant certification reviews and certification decisions. 12. Coordinate suspension and withdrawals of certifications. 13. Support Management Systems Compliance Director to maintain appropriate technical and professional training for compliance and audit teams. Produce supporting technical guidance material for compliance and audit team members. 14. Develop and maintain robust and comprehensive supporting materials, resources, and guidance for internal stakeholders. Compile and provides monthly reports to Scheme Holders. 15. Conduct compliance witness audits to evaluate contract auditors. 16. Ensure timely submission of corrective actions, containing root-cause analysis to internal stakeholders. 17. Oversee the preparation and provision of timely, concise, and relevant compliance-related information to management.

  • ISO 27001:2022 Lead auditor certification (or ability to obtain)

  • ISO 50001: Lead auditor certification (or ability to obtain)

  • SERI R2v3 Lead Auditor certification (or ability to obtain)

  • BAN e-Stewards 4.1 Lead auditor certification (or ability to obtain), Ability to work from Arvada, Colorado, or other anticipated and unanticipated locations in USA.
