Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Liaison Specialist to join our Contact Centre team based in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

The role will require you to work 30 hours per week which will involve working evenings and weekends. Saturday and Sunday working will be based from home.

Responsibilities

· Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.

· Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.

· Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.

· Liaise with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

· Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact centre environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

· Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.

· Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.,

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • customer service: 2 years (preferred)

  • Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
