We are a rapidly growing family-owned, family-led business that exists to make our customers' lives easier.

  • Based in York and Keighley, we supply your favourite restaurants, your local schools, your office cleaners, as well as thousands of other workplaces and venues across the North. In fact, you are usually never further than 100 yards away from one of our customers.

We sell things that everyone needs, including 100s of millions of recycled hands towels a year, several Olympic swimming pools worth of soap and enough coffee cups to keep the entire population of Leeds caffeinated.

While we've always helped keep the North of England cleaner, we're now committed to making it greener through sustainable products, closed-loop solutions, and zero-emission deliveries.

We are in search of Customer Service Advisor for our Keighley depot who brings not only experience but also a fervour for improvement. Our ideal candidates are forward thinkers, driven by the belief that we can always do better.

At our core, we're guided by a vision to deliver an unparalleled service experience that sets the standard in our industry. We don't just meet expectations; we exceed them, leaving a lasting impression on every customer we serve.

Our values are more than just words; they're the foundation of everything we do.
  • We think like customers, empathising with their needs.

  • We look after our people, recognising that they are the driving force behind our success.

  • We're not just thinking about today; we're thinking about the years ahead.

  • When it comes to action, we're swift and decisive, operating in minutes, not hours.
