Customer Service Advisor

Your main office duties will include: -

· General office support on an as-needs basis

· Telephone communication and emailing

· Solving order related issues

· Liaising with our factory

Training will be provided on our bespoke computer system for entering orders and general business practices. You will need to ensure that orders are entered correctly, promptly and make sure queries are resolved in a timely manner. Whilst working within our customer services department, you will need to work autonomously as part of a team to ensure daily duties are completed efficiently and effectively. You will be required to use a range of communication methods to ensure that customer enquiries and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.
