Full Job Description

Manage service / repair workload and allocate them to our Engineers ensuring they have suitable workload for the day/week.

· Contact sites to arrange suitable dates.

· Close down jobs on the system and update the client where necessary.

· Support Engineers with arrival of new parts.

· Invoicing for completed jobs.

· Carry out any other administrative duties and support tasks.

Scheduling Customer Visits

- Ability to plan routes to ensure work load is managed efficiently

- Good understanding of all Office software.

- Good communication skills

- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls

The primary role is to plan and schedule jobs for our Field Service Engineers, handle inbound and outbound calls, raising orders and general customer queries. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate an understanding of scheduling work load for field based engineers., · You must have strong organisational skills and keen eye for detail.

· Excellent communication skills written and verbal

· Able to work with Microsoft Excel

· Ability to work under pressure

· Knowledge of gym equipment (desirable),
