Chorley Electrical Traders Ltd in Bolton are recruiting for an Apprentice Customer Service Assistant. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Customer Service qualification which will take approximately 17 months to complete.,

• Assisting in the sales and warehouse and on the busy trade counter of an electrical wholesaler


• Dealing with goods inwards


• Packing Orders


• Inter branch stock transfers


• Computer invoicing and stock control


• Telephone sales


• Face to face customer service


• Upkeep of warehouse working to health and safety regulations


• General office work
  
  Level 2 maths & English Customer Service Skills, Organisation skills, Administrative skills, Punctual, Reliable, Willing to learn, Communication, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) Desired

GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) Desired
