Customer Support Representative

Answering customer calls.

Responding to customers' email queries in a timely manner.

Processing customer returns.

Taking phone orders and capturing payments via Card Machine.

Other ad hoc tasks requested by management.

To provide a full day of Customer Support over the August Bank Holiday weekend.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative duirng our seasoanl peak in trade. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may have. You will engage with our customers by telephone and email, answering specific stock queries using our stock control software to provide accurate information and to also issue general advice as required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and will be capable of effectively communicating with the public.

Requirements:

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel & Word.

Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism.

Quickly gaining competence in using our stock control software - full training provided.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. At least grade C in GCSE English Language or an equivalent qualification.,
