Design Project Manager (Architecture)

We are pleased to share an opportunity to join Flagship Group's Development Team, as a Design Project Manager (Architecture). The role is a permanent post, working 37 hours per week: Monday to Friday.

This role is working from our King Street office, in Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working.

In this job role as a Design Project Manager (Architecture), you will provide support to the Head of Pre-construction in securing schemes to deliver the Group's business plan.

Working alongside the Pre-Construction team to progress scheme designs through to handover to the Delivery Team. You will lead on the progression of scheme designs through the planning process to secure planning permissions and support the pre-construction team in assessing new business opportunities, undertaking assessments and using relevant software., Ø Opportunities for development (including apprenticeships, our Academy, and various training options).

Applications are welcomed for the role of Design Project Manager (Architecture) from those with a background in architecture and with good knowledge of the housing development sector.

You'll be astute in technical appraisals and reviews of technical reports such as drainage, ecology, highways, ground and soil investigations. As well as proficient at producing drawing packages using AutoCAD and proficient in Photoshop.

Educated to A-level standard or Equivalent and holding Professional Membership or Degree in architecture, you will also need a full valid driving licence.
