Full Job Description
- Reporting direct to your Despatch Team Leader & Warehousing Manager.
- Pick and Pack all Customer orders ready for shipping in a timely manner - aiming for the customer to receive a first-class experience every time.
- Scan all products prior to shipping to ensure correct quantity and products are shipped and received.
- Being accountable for ensuring all documentation for customs is accurately completed.
- Assisting Goods in with loading/unloading lorries where required.
- Assisting Sales with Export orders to ensure minimal shipping costs.
- Performing periodic stock checks to ensure stock figures are up to date.
- Continuously looking for ways of improving despatch processes with a view to reducing inefficiency or inaccuracy - passing on suggestions to TL for consideration.
- Ensuring good housekeeping is maintained and relevant Health and Safety standards are adhered to.
Previous Despatch/Production Experience. - Exemplary Communication Skills.
