As our Diversity & Inclusion Manager, your role will be busy, at times challenging but it's also very rewarding. Together with the Head of Corporate Responsibility, the D&I Specialist and the Responsible Business Committee, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving the firms strategic approach to diversity and inclusion (D&I)

  • Collecting and interpreting data to drive decision-making

  • Developing innovative programmes and influence policy

  • Supporting the delivery of key D&I related events throughout the year

  • Running key internal stakeholder forums such as our diversity and inclusion committee and gender taskforce, using their inputs to improve our approach to D&I

  • Managing our employee led networks, giving guidance and support on their operation, scope and good practice

  • Delivering key messages through internal and external communications in order to educate our stakeholders on our approach and engage them

  • Coordinating D&I responses to client tenders and inputting into client pitches where needed

  • Keeping up to date with D&I trends, successful strategies and industry standards utilising relevant benchmarks and external partnerships to identify areas for improvement, As our Diversity & Inclusion Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organisation is an inclusive and equitable place to work, where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their best.

    To be successful in this role you will need to have experience of working in the D&I space and be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Proven experience of influencing firm wide strategy in key D&I focus areas including gender, ethnicity, disability, neurodiversity, LGBT+ and social mobility.

  • Experience in operating in a D&I role within a professional services environment or an equivalent sector.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret data to drive decision-making and measure effectiveness.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proven record of line management, or supporting other team members.
