Full Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organised Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial to our smooth operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations in our ecommerce activities.

Frequent Tasks:

  • Handle domestic and international customer returns, both physical and online using dedicated software.

  • Generate Amazon FBA reports for the team to pick, pack, and fulfill orders.

  • Verify and add new stock into the system received from suppliers.

  • Monitor stock availability and reorder mail supplies and packaging from various companies.

  • Inform management of low inventory from suppliers.

  • Perform quality control on new stock and customer/FBA returns.

  • Manage alert notifications from all marketplaces.

  • Oversee the order dispatching process for FBA.

  • Resolve FBA-related issues.

  • Manage office logistics.

  • Provide customer service support.

  • Assist with picking and packing tasks.

  • Handle eBay second-chance offers and Amazon sales.

  • Analyze data to determine items for sales promotions.

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various reporting and analysis tasks.

  • Scan and email written correspondence.

  • Communicate daily with the director.


  • Less Frequent Tasks:
  • Adjust and update product prices across all marketplaces.

  • Update shipping rules in all marketplaces and dispatching software.

  • Manage and optimize Amazon advertising, including bidding adjustments and keywords.

  • Address and fix marketplace listing issues and adjustments.

    Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Extremely organized and diligent.

  • Able to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.

  • Highly computer literate with strong analytical skills.

  • Previous office experience in an ecommerce setting.

  • Familiarity with Seller Central Amazon, Shopify, eBay marketplace, Linnworks, and Zendesk.

  • A creative and driven individual., Can you describe your experience with on Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and eBay?

  • How proficient are you with Microsoft Excel, and can you provide an example of a complex task you've handled using Excel?

  • Can you share an example of a creative solution you implemented to solve an operational challenge?


  • Education:
  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

    We are a dynamic and established micro company specializing in ecommerce retail jewellery, operating for over 10 years. Our team has been together for the last 5 years, working collaboratively in a hybrid dispatch and office environment in North Finchley, London. We manage and dispatch goods for our two brands, Silverly and 81stgeneration, directly from our office. We sell our silver and natural jewellery on platforms including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
