Full Job Description

  • Job Summary: The Educator will be responsible for delivering education and training qualifications from teaching qualifications to IQA (Internal Quality Assurance) qualifications. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with the ability to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs., 1. Teaching Qualifications: Design, develop, and deliver teaching qualifications to meet the needs of students and industry.

  • IQA Qualifications: Deliver IQA qualifications to ensure that internal quality assurance processes are effective and efficient.

  • Education and Training: Develop and deliver education and training programs that meet industry standards and requirements.

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Design, develop, and implement assessments and evaluations to measure student learning outcomes.


    • 5.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all education and training programs meet quality assurance standards.

    1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.


    • 2.
  • Experience: Proven experience in education and training, preferably in the education sector


    • 3.
  • Teaching Qualifications: Hold teaching qualifications (e.g., L5 in DET, or equivalent).


    • 4.
  • IQA Qualifications: Hold IQA qualifications or be willing to obtain them.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
