Be part of our Employer Support team
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focussed individual to join our Employer Support team. This is a great opportunity to join a team who are passionate about delivering a high-level of service to pension fund employers.
Key tasks include supporting your Team Manager in delivering the objectives set for the team, allocating appropriate work to your team members and, in conjunction with your Team Manager, undertaking regular reviews of the work undertaken on the team to ensure compliance with statutory and in-house requirements.
About You
As an Employer Support Senior Officer, you will need to have good communication skills and have the ability to build effective relationships quickly. You will need to be able to explain complex rules or processes in a clear and appropriate way to colleagues and employers. You will need to have good attention to detail and be able to demonstrate your ability to monitor and manage your own workload, supervise colleagues and provide support, training and guidance to all our employers and prospective employers.
