The purpose of this role is to ensure Estuary's estates remain clean, safe, and well maintained. You will be responsible for the cleanliness of our communal spaces and identifying and reporting issues that may impact health, safety, or wellbeing of our customers. You will be delivering amazing customer service every day by identifying and understanding our customers' needs and being a positive brand ambassador for Estuary Housing Association.
About the job - what does it involve?
You'll be:

  • Providing weekly cleaning services to internal communal areas, this includes hoovering, mopping, cleaning hard surfaces.

  • Carrying out weekly estate inspections, that includes checking on fire equipment, playgrounds, and flushing water outlets.

  • Dealing with customer neighbourhood queries and resolving their concerns where possible., We're also a certified Disability Confident Employer, which means we are committed to employing people with disabilities, and that we will:

    You'll have:

  • Recent experience of working in a customer facing role, or previous experience providing cleaning/estate services.

  • The ability to priorities competing demands.

  • The drive and commitment to meet and exceed KPIs to continuously improve customer satisfaction.

  • ICT Skills and digital literacy.

  • Knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety

  • The resilience and professionalism to deal with difficult conversations under pressure.

  • Full, Clean Driving Licence
