Experienced Cocktail Bartender

Your duties as a Bartender will include but are not limited to:

• Mixing and blending cocktails to company specifications.


• Working independently and collaboratively with the team to ensure all guests receive high quality service and products.


• To Champion the service criteria at all times!


• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness behind the bar and the unit as a whole.


• Suggestively selling drinks to guests, thus allowing them to make informed choices when ordering.


• Performing all opening, running and closing procedures up to company standards.


• Using the correct tab & till procedure when processing orders.


• Displaying an attitude of sincerity and concern when listening to guest complaints.


• Being courteous and understanding with colleagues and guests alike.


• Displaying a responsible attitude when performing all financial aspects of your role


• Understand and implement the company ethos.


• Being on time and in the correct uniform for every scheduled shift.


• Performing any reasonable task as requested by the Manager on Duty.

We are looking for a bartender who has a vast knowledge and at least 2 years training in cocktail bar tending.,
• customer Service: 2 years (preferred)


• Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)


• Bartending: 2 years (required)
