Facilities Manager

As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our facilities, including but not limited to, building maintenance, grounds maintenance, security, and health & safety. You will ensure that the facility is running smoothly at all times and that all safety standards and regulations are met., Ensure that all facility maintenance and repair needs are met promptly and efficiently
Manage the safety of the building and grounds, including the implementation of safety procedures and regulations
Develop and implement security protocols to protect the facility and its contents
Manage and coordinate the activities of the facility staff
Develop and manage the facility budget
Ensure that the facility is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience) in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
