Family Inclusion Worker

As a Family Inclusion Worker, your main duties will include:
Manage a caseload of parents who are using substances and need parenting support to increase their understanding of how their substance misuse issues are impacting on their children.
Manage a caseload of family, friends and carers who need support in dealing with their family members substance misuse issues.
Delivering rolling parenting programmes and FFC programmes.
Promote the service to families within Haringey.
Work between HAGA, The Grove and Insight, engaging clients from all three services.
Regularly updating our case management system.
Developing relationships with local stakeholders- including children's services, family hubs etc.

The salary advertised above demonstrates the full earning potential for this role, starting salaries will allow for pay progression within the pay band.
