Full Job Description

Switching between billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable, you’ll be a key member of the team. Billing will see you setting up and maintaining projects, at the same time as releasing revenue and invoicing our customer on our secure system. The second, accounts receivable, is all about issuing customer invoices, communicating with them by telephone and email to secure payments and monitoring payments. Accounts payable will see you arranging a wide range of supplier payments. Either way, attention to detail and accuracy is vital, as all functions have a significant impact on our financial and commercial performance. But it’s not all about processing. You’ll resolve issues too, while answering queries from, and building relationships with, suppliers and colleagues throughout FCDO Services.

You can work with people as well as spreadsheets
Relevant experience would be an asset, but it’s not essential. We’re more interested in your numerical ability, customer service skills and positive, proactive approach. Your ability to handle and interpret data will prove invaluable, as will your confidence in dealing with others and working in a team. You must also be a tactful communicator with an understanding of Excel., • Experience of working both within a team and individually;
