Front of House Staff

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers at the front end of the store when in store
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns via emails
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of perishable items when being picked up

Previous experience in a customer service role (Essential as can be working from home)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices (training can/will be provided)
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
