Full Job Description

Reporting to the Sales & Office Manager, your main duties will include:

  • Responding to incoming telephone and email enquiries

  • Taking messages for colleagues where necessary

  • Updating the internal works diary and raising job sheets

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors to CVA

  • Filing correspondence and other records

  • Supporting the main Office Manager

  • Any other administrative task that fall within the accountability of the Sales Office.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a busy office. Have excellent communication and listening skills, a good eye for detail, be computer literate and be able to input data accurately.


  • We are looking for someone to join our team who can work independently and prioritise their workload, is self motivated, has a polite friendly manner along with an all round positive attitude. Experience of working in an administrative role and knowledge of Office 365 is essential. Full product training will be given.,
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Customer service: 2 years (required)

  • Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
