Funding Officer

The Programmes Office aims to secure and effectively manage sources of external funding for Halton Borough Council projects and for those directly delivered by our partners in the voluntary and private sector .

The Programmes Office drafts complex bids for large-scale projects and monitors some of the Council's key strategic grant programmes e.g. Town Deal.

We are looking for a new team member with substantial experience of leading on grant bid-writing, driving and co-ordinating projects, liaising with funding bodies and delivering training.
