Full Job Description

We are looking for a creative and organised Graphic Designer familiar with CYMK Digital printing & Administrative Assistant to support within social media and marketing and administrative efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, proficiency in graphic design software, and excellent organisational skills. This role will involve creating visually appealing content for social media, and manipulation of images for our digital print as well as providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office., Graphic Design (70%):

  • Create graphics using CMYK for digital print materials.

  • Design eye-catching and on-brand graphics for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

  • Edit and retouch images to enhance the visual appeal of our content.

  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to keep our content fresh and innovative.


  • Administrative Support (30%):
  • Assist with general office tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.

  • Maintain and organize digital and physical files, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval of information.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the office.

    Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital print and social media context.

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creativity.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.

  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment., Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • Experience with video editing and animation software.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design purposes., Bachelor's (preferred), Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
