It all starts in understanding what advertising activation actually performs - Our proprietary marketing science tool COmpass gives clients that very insight. We can then provide the best strategy and execution across all digital channels including paid media, influencer CRM & CRO., We are looking for a visionary Growth Partner to join our consultancy arm, where you will work in-house with our partner brands to scale their operations across all pillars-from brand development to paid media and beyond. This role requires a unique blend of strategic acumen and strong, influential stakeholder management skills to drive profitable impacts for some of the UK's leading scale-ups.,

• Provide strategic growth support and leadership alongside the Head of Growth.


• Develop and execute growth strategies that align with client objectives.


• Manage and influence senior stakeholders within partner brands.


• Design and oversee testing roadmaps across various channels to optimize marketing efforts.


• Utilize data-driven insights to iterate and enhance campaign performance.


• Foster and maintain strong, productive relationships with client teams.


• Oversee the delivery of performance targets and provide insightful analysis and reporting.


• Manage and forecast budgets on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.


• Work collaboratively with both Charlie Oscar's marketing team and client in-house teams to develop creative concepts.
  
  Brand side experience.


• Strong capability in both strategic thinking and hands-on campaign management.


• Extensive experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and digital advertising platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok.


• Exceptional project management, analytical, and organizational skills.


• Ability to effectively manage and transition between hands-on execution and strategic leadership.


• A resilient test-and-learn mindset with a high respect for creativity.

We are currently a business of 25 people with growth plans to be 40 people by the end of the year.
