Full Job Description

As an H&S Intelligence and Improvement Lead you'll have a role that is out of the ordinary, delivering the global safety intelligence and improvement strategy, process and framework you'll be making a global impact on safety processes, policy, culture and performance.

Day-to-day you'll be:

  • Providing global health and safety data to enable knowledge management, continual improvement, cross-organisational learning and to inform global risk profile and required corrective/preventative actions.

  • Working as part of a team to deliver the global safety intelligence and improvement strategy, process and framework, collectively known as the SPF, reflecting data sets, defining dashboards and KPIs.

  • Maintaining personal Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel as part of a resource pool capable of delivering global health and safety elements of intelligence and improvement and be part of a global engaged community of internal/external subject matter experts.


  • This role is full-time, 37 hours per week with agile working options, including flexible start and finish times, home working, compressed hours and flexible breaks.

    Essential experience of the H&S Intelligence and Improvement Lead:
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Strong competency with using Data Visualisation tools such as Data BI


  • Qualifications for the H&S Intelligence and Improvement Lead:
  • NEBOSH certificate or an equivalent qualification
