Full Job Description

  • Adhere to company processes and procedures whilst participants are in your care, ensuring all have a fun, engaging and safe time

  • To plan and prepare inclusive, dynamic and exciting sport sessions.

  • To plan activities and deliver fun, safe and engaging football sessions for a new Football programme

  • To aid senior staff with administrative duties

  • To organise & lead holiday sessions as required

  • To deliver fun and exciting school and pre-school sessions

  • To maintain high standards of provisions offered by LF Active communities

  • Develop and inspire young people to live and lead active lifestyles

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual who has a keen interest in sport and developing physical ability for participants of all ages.


  • The ideal candidate able to plan and deliver fun, safe, and engaging physical activities. During term time you will be delivering sports sessions in the community, at schools and pre-schools. During school holidays you will be involved in our exciting holiday programme where you will be leading activity sessions for all ages across the Active Communities programme.,
  • NGB Level 2 coaching certificate

  • Transport and a full clean driving licence

  • DBS and safeguarding

  • First aid

  • 1 year minimum experience working in schools.

  • Preferably Level 3 Supporting the Delivery of Physical Education and School Sport and or Level 5 PE Specialist, a degree or higher level qualification is desirable.


  • Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience working with children aged 2-16 years

  • Experience working with specialist groups - disability exercise
