Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to join our dynamic team. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth. This is a key leadership role where you will oversee all marketing activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives., Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Create and manage B2B marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, and events
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement materials and tools
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website using WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Manage the company's online presence, including social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content
- Collaborate with the IT department to implement marketing technology solutions for automation and optimization
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices in all marketing activities
- Provide regular reports on marketing performance to senior management

Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Head of Marketing or similar position
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and tactics
- Proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS platforms for website management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Solid understanding of various marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC advertising (e.g., Google Ads), etc.
- Copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content for different marketing materials
- Experience in managing and leading a team of marketing professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams,
