We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, child-centred leader to work at our new SEN school. We offer class sizes of 6 or less, a real focus on relationships, classroom craft and a great outcomes. This role is available part time or full time, however at least 3 days a week.

Stone Lodge Therapeutic School is an independent SEN school for children with a diagnosis of high functioning ASD and SEMH aged 11-17 near Kettering. This role would suit an teacher looking for their first management role or an established manager looking to broaden their experience. We welcome applications from mainstream, special and primary teachers.

You will be expected to deliver a curriculum up to and including GCSE. Special school or secondary experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn is. Full training will be given and the school will be very supportive of ambitious staff who wish to progress. We will consider full and part time applicants.
