As Head of Marketing - Premium Spirits, you will shape the future of these beloved premium spirits in the dynamic UK market. You'll diagnose brand performance, define the strategy and craft an integrated business plan that ignites brand value, consumer fame, and customer engagement.

This isn't your average marketing gig. We're looking for a passionate leader to inject creativity and translate global strategies into local plans which excite and engage consumers.

Main Responsibility

You'll lead a team of Senior Brand Managers, Brand Managers and Brand Ambassadors, to drive growth on your portfolio. As a member of our UK Marketing Leadership Team, and UK Leadership Team, you'll also have responsibility for driving the broader marketing and business agenda.

This role isn't just about marketing magic, it's about financial mastery too. You'll own the P&L for your brand portfolio, wielding the power to prioritise A&P investments to drive growth.

Data driven insight is your weapon of choice. You'll lead the development of battle-ready plans based on rich insights, to inform clear strategies for each brand and channel. Think laser-focused activation plans that the commercial teams can execute flawlessly.

This is your chance to be a champion of continuous improvement. You'll drive a culture that relentlessly optimises return on investment (ROI) for every penny spent. We're talking measurement and evaluation (M&E) across all activities. And get ready to hone your connections planning skills and deploy media budgets with pinpoint accuracy.

We're looking for a brand management mastermind with a proven track record of crafting winning brand strategies. You'll be the architect of successful marketing mix development and activation, wielding the power to bring brands to life.
