Full Job Description
To deliver excellent guest service at all times.
- cleaning and presenting guest rooms, bedrooms & bathrooms, to a high standard
- Ensuring all public spaces in the hotel and public spaces are clean, tidy & well presented at all times
- ensuring all laundry (clean & dry) is stored correctly at all times
- Communicating & working well with the hotel & broader team in the business
- Giving each guest the same genuine greeting every time
- completing all in house & online training in a timely manner
