Full Job Description

boarding Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of
day-to-day HR activities across our Global People function. The ideal candidate
will possess an exceptional administrative background, strong communication
skills, and a passion for contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Duties

  • Responsible for all the onboarding and orientation process for new hires,

  • including paperwork and introductions to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including right-to-work

  • checks and tracking.
  • Support in any employee immigration processes as directed by the team.

  • Supporting contracts, offers of employment and employee changes, such as

  • probation period confirmation, salary changes, promotions, transfers, and
    termination, as directed.
  • Act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing

  • timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to address employee relations issues and

  • foster a positive work environment.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties falling under the remit of an HR &

  • Onboarding Specialist
